Site Reliability Engineer

Our Outstaff Company is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Observability for our client eToro. It is the world’s leading social trading network, providing millions of users from around the world a one-stop-shop solution for their trading and investing needs. Role Overview:

As an SRE in the Observability team, you will develop and implement solutions that streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization, enhancing the end-to-end experience for application developers. Your work will include developing integrations to collect logs and metrics from diverse data sources and designing intuitive UIs to analyze and utilize this data. This team’s mission is to create high-quality, high-performance, and user-friendly solutions that make an impact across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, software architects, and fellow SREs in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Drive the development of reliable observability solutions to monitor application performance and infrastructure health.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a DevOps/ SRE/Production Engineer with a passion for technology and a focus on reliability
• Strong background in Observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, DataDog)
• Experience with metrics-based monitoring (e.g., Prometheus)
• Understanding of middleware technologies such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Proficiency with Linux and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered)
• Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming (C# preferred)
• Proficiency with Git
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to overcoming roadblocks
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
