Logistics & Supply Chain Manager (Amazon)

We are a team of 12 full time and 3 part-time people, but soon will add a few new members. We have developed few brands so far, however, the main business is related to health and personal care. Our company delivers goods to customers through online stores in the USA and Europe for about 10 years now.?

Now, we are looking for a Logistics Manager and we need you with your highest level of dedication to pushing company goals forward. Our number one goal is to amaze customers delivering the best experiences. Your main task will be to control supply chain and logistics as well as sourcing new prodcuts. 

What we expect from our candidate:

• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level (position involves written and spoken communication)
• At least 1 year of background in logistics, supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce or Amazon logistics is required.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Work with a time tracker.

What will you do?

• Create and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle communication with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers.
• Forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies.
• Place purchase orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor and control reconciliation processes.
• Source and identify new vendors to expand supply chain options.
• Optimize shipping methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data to improve processes and resolve operational issues.
