Contract execution specialist (Warsaw)

D.TRADING, a leading player in the energy products trading market, is expanding and, in connection with the opening of our office in Poland, invites you to join our team as a Contract Execution Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of all agreements/contracts for the export/import, deliveries to end customers of electricity in the markets of the company's presence countries, as well as related services
• Execution of service contractual documentation Responsible for the preparation and formation of reports in accordance with the legislation of the company's presence countries (regulators, REMIT, Customs Service, etc.)
• Execution of contractual/primary documentation in accordance with the contractual terms 
• Control of accounts receivable/ payable

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• English - Upper-intermediate; 
• Experience in a similar position would be an advantage;
• Experience in supporting commercial contracts, international transportation, export-import operations with marketable products;
• Knowledge of foreign trade activities;
• Knowledge of Incoterms trade terms;
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel);
• Ability to work in a team, handle large amounts of data, stress resistance, and strong communication skills.
