TapSwap is looking for a dynamic Chief Business Development Officer who will spearhead our token listing strategy and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in positioning TapSwap within the wider Web3 ecosystem, establishing relationships with key exchanges, platforms, and partners.
Responsibilities:
Token Listings: Lead the strategy and execution for TapSwap’s token listings. Collaborate with market managers to optimize listing strategies and ensure successful launches.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with relevant projects, platforms, and protocols.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential collaborators.
Growth Strategies: Develop and implement initiatives to expand TapSwap’s ecosystem and community reach.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, partners, and industry leaders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and community teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance and listing progress
Qualifications:
Proven experience in token listing processes and strategic partnership development in the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry.
Strong network and established relationships with exchanges and crypto projects.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with a strategic mindset.
Passion for crypto, gamification, and community-driven growth.
