Required Qualifications:

• Language proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Educational background: Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Technical writing skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Research and analysis: Proficiency in researching, analyzing, and processing large volumes of complex technical information.

A big plus:

• Familiarity with drafting and procuring patents or related intellectual property work experience is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting patent applications: Writing detailed technical descriptions for patent applications to be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and other patent offices.
• Editing and proofreading: Reviewing and proofreading technical documentation to ensure compliance with patent drafting standards and guidelines.
• Patent prosecution support: Assisting in procuring patent applications by preparing arguments, clarifications, and amendments.
